1. Booking & Payments
To confirm a reservation at Pawna Campex, a minimum advance payment of 30% is required. The remaining 70% must be settled in cash or via digital payment upon arrival at the campsite. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of transaction.
2. Cancellation & Refund
Once a booking is confirmed, whether partially or fully paid, it is non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed only when informed at least 3 to 4 days before check-in, is subject to availability, and the revised booking must be used within 6 months from the original check-in date. Any applicable price difference on the new date must be paid by the guest.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.
4. Code of Conduct
Pawna Campex is a nature-friendly zone. Illegal substances, loud music after 10:00 PM (as per government norms), and unruly behavior that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for policy violations.
General Policy & Liability
Pawna Campex acts as a service provider for lakeside accommodation at Pawna Lake. While we maintain high safety standards including CCTV surveillance and trained staff, guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during adventure activities like kayaking.
Our VIP AC Cottages and Triangle Tents are maintained to the highest hygiene standards. We expect guests to respect the property and surrounding nature. Littering in Pawna Lake or around the campsite is strictly forbidden and may attract fines.
