Once the booking is confirmed, whether partially paid or fully paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Bookings can be rescheduled only when the request is shared at least 3 to 4 days before the original check-in date.
The rescheduled booking must be used within 6 months from the original check-in date. After 6 months, the booking expires and will no longer remain valid.
Rescheduling is always subject to availability for the new requested date. If the price is higher on the rescheduled date, the guest must pay the difference before confirming the revised booking.
Please read the policy carefully before making a reservation. Once the booking is confirmed, it is treated as non-refundable. If your plans may change, inform the Pawna Campex team at least 3 to 4 days before check-in so the team can review a rescheduling request.
