Cancellations made within this window are not eligible for refunds. However, rescheduling may be considered at management's discretion.

Less than 24 Hours — No Refund

Cancellations or No-Shows within 24 hours of the check-in time (3:00 PM) will result in a 100% loss of the advance payment.

Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved by management (e.g., extreme weather conditions or campsite technical issues), the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Pro-Tip for Guests

We highly recommend checking the local Pawna Lake weather forecast before booking. Since camping is an outdoor activity, we do not offer refunds for minor rain or wind, as our Premium Triangle Tents and VIP Cottages are built to withstand standard weather conditions.
