Refund Policy – Pawna Campex

At Pawna Campex, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our guests while ensuring smooth operations on our end.

✅ Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Full Refund:
  Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in time (camp date) are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund:
  Cancellations made 15 Days before check-in time will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund:
  Cancellations made less than 14 days and  24 hours before check-in time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

• Change of Date:
  You may reschedule your booking once (subject to availability) if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• All refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

• In case of bad weather or natural calamities, rescheduling or full refund options will be offered at our discretion.

• Refund requests must be made via email or WhatsApp with valid booking details.
