By booking a stay with Pawna Campex, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable camping experience for all our guests.

🔒 Booking & Payment

• Advance booking is mandatory. Full or partial payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from our team.

⏱ Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards

• Check-out: 11:00 AM next day

• Late check-out may attract additional charges and is subject to availability.

🚫 Cancellation & Refund

• Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

🧍‍♂️ Guest Conduct & Safety

• Guests are expected to maintain basic decorum and discipline at the campsite.

• Loud music is not allowed after 10:30 PM to ensure a peaceful environment.

• Use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• Campfires and BBQs should be handled only in designated areas and under supervision.

• Management holds the right to deny entry or evict any guest causing disturbance or violating rules, without refund.

🧳 Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

• Management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

⛺ Facilities & Services

• We strive to provide all listed services. However, certain amenities (like BBQ, bonfire, or games) may be affected by weather conditions or local restrictions.

• Tents and cottages are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis within your selected package.

🌧 Weather & Natural Conditions

• In case of rain or extreme weather, services may be adjusted or rescheduled. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations initiated by the guest.

• Pawna Campex reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unavoidable natural events, ensuring guest safety as the priority.

📸 Photography & Media

• Pawna Campex may use photographs/videos taken at the campsite for marketing and promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in any such content, please inform our team at the time of check-in.

⚖️ Legal & Liability

• By booking, you acknowledge camping involves certain risks. Pawna Campex is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during your stay unless due to gross negligence on our part.

• All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction.
